They took the payment from me and didn't send the product

I ordered a phone and a watch which was in a combo from an Instagram store called super stockage they'd there no. On there for whatsapp chat I send them the message and confirmed the order and asked them to send me the product they told me to give the payment on paytm and then they'll proceed with the shipment, I gave them the whole amount which was 9000-/ and next day asked for the details of tracking but they blocked me from whatsapp and from Instagram too I am really very depressed right now coz it's my hard earned money in this time of situation kindly help me to get my money back. Thanks
