Taken money and not product sent

Hello,

I have ordered a mobile from this page. I have made payment in installment as requested by him.His UPI I'd is dhakshan123@paytm. He has provided me some screenshots of product ordered and product shipment. But not after full payment, I didn't receive product and he blocked me from Instagram and watsapp as well. His number is 9962818208.

Please help me with this.
