Hi, I have seen advertise on olx.com on 14 June 2019, and contacted with respected person, so he sent me the details about him on whats app and told that he is an army officer so he can send car through cantonment transport facility so they will charge minimal amount and that amount it refundable. so I have sent 7100 and also sent my Adhar Id as a proof and he promised me that, I will get car by next day morning but still I didn't get any reply from him.
