Refund not settle from flipkart

Online Fraud Complaint Complaint Date: May 5, 2023
We have order from flipkart on date of 17th Apr 2023and order received date is 27th Apr 2023.but flipkart are failed to promise, They are not given me my purchase order.

After i called to customer support team they are saying please wait for order but after 12 days they are saying your cancellation request has been accepted.

Product cancel 30th of Apr 2023 and still we didn't received my refund amout from flipkart.

When we call to customer support team they are saying please wait for refund amount till 9th May.

Flipkart failed to all the promises they not delivered product nor refund amount and beacuse them i have emi convert charges emi processing charges.

Product amount is-22199/- and i have charge from bank approx 1200.

We request you to please help me beacuse Flipkart are cheated me.
