I ordered a shoes on August 2020 online via brand factory online application after I receive ordered I didn't like it so on second day I send them back and delivery boy gave me a coupon for my refund and they told me that I will receive my money after 2 to 3 days but today is almost a year passed but I didn't get any refund. I have also try to speak with their customers care staff but every time they are saying me this that I will receive my money soon and I also try to send them e mail but they are not responding any of my mail.and it has been very disturbing for me.this Money is meen to much for me.
