Online fraud. Took Money. Didn't deliever the product.

I ordered 2 same dresses of different colours from an online store. It had 6k followers and around 933 posts which made me feel that it is authentic and I made a purchase from that instragram page. He/She asked me to make payment, only theb my order will be dispatched as it was prepay service. I made a paytm payment from my dad's number. There were quick replies until the payment was made but when I started to ask for my tracking id, they didn't provide me anything. I kept asking. My message was seen but there were no replies. The paytm number to which we transferred money wasn't pick up by anyone when called. I kept calling but nobody responded or return back the call. I texted on whatsapp. I did videocall on instagram but nothing was done. I made payment on 3rd March. And my order was dispatched. Today is 7 March and I havent recieved anything and the way they're ignoring had me feel like this is fraud. So I've been fallen into this trap and lost 2598/- rs.
Please help me to get back to this fraud and bring my money back.
