Online fraud digitech_29 Took money & products not delievered

The company digitech is chennai based and instagram page is named as digitech_29. I have already purchased product once but this time he offered products at Rs.450/-, 700/- & 800/- plus charge of Rs.180/- for delivery.
I paid all amount as he said but now he is not replying nor sending products. I ordered 7 items and he delivered 2 local items worth Rs. 100-200( local products) just for sake of that he delivered but he is not replying at all.

One thing i would to mention he only reply to new accounts. Once you discuss with that account. He will stop replying. I have all the screenshots with me
