I have ordered a product from an Instagram seller, I paid the amount but till now they have not shared any receipt nor I received order.

Initially they were giving the excuse that there is issue in courier.
Then when I raised my concern to return my order they became abusive, and now when I posted on their wall that they are fraud, they said they will not return my money.
