Sub: Grievance of 90+ years old woman for the compensation & justice of acquire land 8 kanals 10 marlas for Mulberry Nursery situated at village Panjgrain Bharamana Teh Hiranagar Distt Kathua
Sir,
Most humble & respectfully I beg to submit the following few lines for favourable and sympathetic consideration before your benign hands as under please
1. That the applicant Smt Vidya devi w/o Lt Sh. Waryam Singh an old woman approaching near 90+ years age and his son namely Parveen Singh who is physically handicapped of 42 years approach in the every corner of the sericulture Department. But failed to get the any kind of compensation for the last 26 years. So it is very difficult for me and my son to meet both ends as said land for agriculture is the source of our family income.
2. That the land comprising khasra no. 302 measuring 3 kanals 15 marlas and khasra no 531/305 measuring 4 kanals 15 marias situated at village Panjgrain Brahamana Teh Hiranagar was allotted to the applicant during 1977-78
3. That the above said land has acquired by the sericulture department to establishing
sericulture mulberry nursery during the year 1989-90 and the applicant has applied for
getting the compensation in lieu of acquired land by the sericulture department. More
over the applicant will not claim for any job during the said period.
4. That the project officer sericulture department kathua vide his letter no POSK/Per-ESH /2016-17/1681 Dated 24-01-2017 intimated that land measuring 8 kanals 10 marlas of allotted land in name of Smt Vidya Devi W/o Lt. Sh Waryam Singh R/o Kattal Gujran and DC Kathua has submitted to the financials Commissioner to Govt. Agriculture Production Department J&K Vide his order no DDCK/CPO/2016-17/25 (sericulture ) 7013-15 Dated 06-02-2017
Keeping in view the aforementioned facts and circumstances it is therefore prayed to your goodself may kindly be issued the appropriate / suitable compensation of land 8 kanals 10 marlas acquire by the sericulture department as soon as possible in favour of applicant.
