I ordered 4 T-shirts from tees_nd_more(a shopping site on Instagram), I asked them for their size chart before ordering.

As per the received size chart I ordered L size T-shirts(size 36), but I received M size T-shirts. Secondly, among the 4 T-shirts, one of them was not what I ordered i.e. they sent me a different T-shirt.

Then, The day I received the parcel I immediately, told them about this flaw but they did not provide any service... Infact they did not even replied appropriately.
I waited for 3-4 days and called them up. They were v.rude at the call... and were not accepting the mistake they made and when I called them again, they did not receive.
