INO services - Job not given ,But company is asking to pay penaty for not completing job.

I registered for online job last month With INO services.
I enquired if there is any registration fee, But I will have to pay penalty if i did not complete the job wite in given period.{ Rs. 5500/-.
For registration /Log in They gave me one OTP. I
tried to enter that OTP but did not work.
I called the company they said they guided me with procedure but did work.
in-spite of this the company sent an agreement form ... I was surprised, trusting the people i e signed and mailed agreement.
I was expecting jobs[ form filling in 4-5 hours which never happend, I called company again and again , the staff,Ms. Sapnapatel said they are facing somver got any forms technical problem and i get the job in a couple of days.

I never got any forms even after 4-5 days.
Now, out of20 days I have already lost 20 days.
I tried call Ms.patel
several time, she was not reachable. Company phone no response.
Finally,since I did not get any forms I assumed I was not qualified and gave up.
I have the whatsapp conversation with Ms. Patel
company asking for work.

even after that I tried to call Ms. sapna patel Her phone was switched off. Shae stopped responding to mails also
After 20 -22 days days . I get a message to pay 8500 for not completing job[ which was never given to me] now, I am getting this kind of harassing ,scaring mails.rased

I referred yor forum, I found the many people have been cheated and harased by This company. it is mostly students ,housewives and aged people.

We legal department of INO Services hereby having your case for non submission of work. We hereby notify you that if these condition mentioned in your agreement comes under these categories then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client. If you don't make payment to our client as per an Indian Contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount which accounts to Rs. 8782/-. Section 499 and Section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of IPC for Coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client.

This would be compulsion for every client who breach this contract. So,please try to understand the situation and make payment to our client as early as possible. Our client is sole proprietor company and once you not make payment then an Arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 is mend to safeguard them. So, we advise you to cooperate and pay this amount as early as possible.

Your cooperation is required for making payment to our client or else you need to get ready to face for legal consequences.

Please make payment of Rs. 8782/- = Rs. 5200 + 18% GST + Rs. 2646 Legal fees. Please provide the screenshot of successful payment on this email ID. On the basis of that we will provide you NOC letter.

Please help and save innocent people. the 420 charges other charges are very scarin. I have taken their money, I have not lied, stolen or murdered anyone . Why are they sending such mails. I have not refused to pay if I al guilty.
Let them prove, That they have given the job [ forms to fill]and I have failed to fill and submit. I have not recd any job/forms in my mailbox.
I very harassed and scared because of this mail. I have not slept last night.
II do not have on support me. i am depending on my brother who is earning less than 15000/-
If they proceed with these charges i will commit suicide out of shame ,as Ido not have any money. I do not want to trouble my people for money.
I am thinking of approaching Hon’ble PM , Shri Naredra modi ji to eliminate this type of companies and protect people .
