I have complaint against online fraud calls on customer care helpline (ICICI Bank).My account number is 687401414524.I complaint also area police station (Kishorepura,Kota) on date 25th Oct, 2020.but police not found the accused of involve in fraud case. My complaint number raised in ICICI Bank customer care helpline because two days bank holiday from date 24th Oct to 25th Oct. My complaint number is SR706376820.I contact on local branch on Monday 26th Oct, 2020 and again written complaint and dispute form deposit to local branch. Sir this incident happened on Saturday on dated 24th Oct, 2020 debit 67,439/- and next day debit 4,532/- amount from my account in many parts of divide deduct in my account informed to bank. Because fraud merchant calls (8927491321/9883500631) come on my mobile and informed me on phone for refund of my online shopping payment for my online order cancelation. Itself introduce me to google pay executive and refused to return refund amount and threatened me. As per saying on phone to me and opened my google pay application and set to active UPI and transferred amount in his mobile number is (8116462054).This number verify name of Mr. RANJAN KUMAR callcostumer@okaxis .I never shared OTP and MPIN from fraud merchant. I also was recording audio about this incident for evidence. I also informed to bank about. This case investigated by bank for fifteen days’ time period .After investigation bank denied returning amount. Please sir help about incident to needful return my amount from bank.
