Fraud customer using army man name hackinng paymt and bank accounts

He call me for purchase our product, use name of army officer from army canteen department.and send id of him and for gate pass reason get my id image also . and asking details about my Paytm balance and bank account. And send qr code image to me and told me to scan it and send it to us. Then he told we confirm about about you and will do payment to you rs.10000/- But get doubt on him. Try video call to him. He not pick video call. Then on voice call I heard chindren voices. And I ask him how can children voices came from army camp. He can't answer to me. Then I ask army not use this system to do customer payments.
