Fake as CRPF Selling Mobiles and taken all my money Please Help Me

Hello Sir,
I am Arshad Ali.I saw an ad in OLX .in a guy name NAVEEN SINGH TOMAR [9728278391] selling his phone for Rs8300 I talked to him and he shared his number with me we had a whatsapp and phone conversation, and we decided that he will parcel the phone at I'll pay the courier charges. He shared all his document with me like his ADHAAR card, CRPF ID card, and the Indian Army Parcel Slip. He is SI/T in CRPF. After some time he called me and asked me to send Rs1500 in advance and the rest of the amount
after receiving the phone I agreed on that too I sent him Rs 1500 via Paytm.
After a few hours, he called me again and ask for the rest of the payment, I sent him the leftover amount RS5000 also via Paytm. Again after some time, he asked me for Rs4500 for the insurance in which I will get Rs4500 back, I also agreed on that too and send the amount also via Paytm and he called me again too and asked for Rs5100 for security deposit and GST other charges now I declined the offer and We had a conservation and decided that i will pay 2000 and rest he will adjust but after paying of 2000 he asked to pay the remaining 3100 I have Paid to the paytm number(7665195266)
and i asked return my Rs13000 back via paytm he refused because he was saying its a rule he can't refund and he is still in contact i just searched about the id card and i found this complaints I am Still Have his number with conversation he is asking for the remaining balance RS3100.
Please Help me I am providing the images
