I have purchased loreal xtenso shampoo from ebay worth rs 1700. Their seller cosmetic hub which is in surat has filled some other shampoo in the bottle of loreal and sent it to me. I have requested them for refund. Ebay told me to courier back the product and i did the same.Even seller confirmed that they had received the courier. They are still not refunding my money. after wasting my time and money. I have wasted my money in courier as well still they are refusing to refund.
