I have ordered a
Sultaan Rexine Leather Football Bean Bag Cover ...of size XXXL
Order ID: 19461956500
First of all the delivered bean bag doesn't match the color which i have ordered.
And , when i tear the packet and take the bean bag to our nearest shop for the filling of beans, the size of the bag was just XL and hardly 1 kg of beans has been filled in.
I am totally disappointed from this blunder mistake of snapdeal
and i want to return this bean bag and want my money back.
I have complaint about this by sending mailed and calling to the customer care
first of all , they said that we will pick the item from the deliver address and will refund your money.
Now they are saying that we will not pick up your item , you have to go and courrieer it to us.
My question is why should i do or suffer because of your mistake its your duty to pick the item , but everytime when i call i get the same reply that we will not pic the item.
So after being so much frustrated i have called to national consumer forum and registered a complaint about snapdeal.
my complaint no is -358771 ans still snapdeal doesn't do anything.
