Online Fraud Complaint Complaint Date: March 22, 2021
I saw advertisement on Facebook for sale of Milton and Tupperware items on Summer Mela. I booked Tupperware items and made online payment of Rs 827/-on March 6, 2021 from summermela.in. Till date they have not delivered their items. The payment gateway was Razorpay. I received an sms stating "Thanks fro your purchase of Rs 826.64 from Summer Mela. We will notify you once it ships." However, there is no notification of shipping till date. There is also a link to "View Orde no. #5517" However when I am clicking the link, it page goes into an error. I would like to caution customers about this. I would also request this forum to kindly help me to get back refund.

    They are now running new fraud. Contact bank and payment gateway for refund.
    Dont let it go because it is small amount.
    We will make sure they pay from their dash for this.
    If possible report to cyber crime also.
