Complaint against Ola prepaid

I was wrongly charged by Ola Prepaid services. I did not use prepaid service and paid the full amount to the Driver in cash. But the app still deducted money from ola prepaid. Even after several attempts to sort this out, ola is not responding to anything and keeps harassing by sending text remainder. Please look into this matter.
