Complaint against Naaptol for not providing me refund against a returned product.

I had ordered a T-Shape 14W LED Bulb - Pack of 2 from Naaptol vide Order No. 65893939 on 02.03.2020. But instead of the ordered product, Naaptol delivered a small rechargeable table fan which I had no use of. I returned the product and Naaptol gave me Refund voucher.

I tried to order the T-Shape 14W LED Bulb - Pack of 2 from Naaptol again, but the product is not showing deliverable at my address.

Now I have no use of the refund voucher and want refund of my money, bu Naaptol is denying that it will not give me refund voucher, whereas there is clearly mentioned in the company refund policy that if the product is returned I am eligible for refund.

I want refund from Naaptol and don't want to buy anything else from there as I have lost all my trust from Naaptol.

Please Help.
