Complaint against freya treasures regarding money not returned after order not delivered

I am Srishti Tonk. I was approached by this jewellery brand Freya Treasures (freya.treasures) on instagram and they wanted me to promote their brand. They assured that I won't have to pay for the products except the shipping fee which was 26.95 dollars. On 15 November 2020 the order was confirmed. They cancelled order on my request as they were not able to deliver to India because of pandemic. They promised money to be returned but I have communicated with them and they haven't returned my money yet. Also they have no interest in my profile on instagram and I think this is their way of bussiness. To upload some jewellery pictures on instagram then get fake followers by promotion on instagram and then fool young girls. Sir/Ma'am you may please help me out in this situation. I request you.

    Thank God, I just searched this freya.treausres on google to confirm is this real or fake but I stumbled upon this complaint blog as it is related to mine. I just got their request on Instagram and they're telling me as same as Shrishti Tonk saying..thank you for this
