Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that on 25/04/2018, i received a call from Bajaj Finserv with Mobile number 7070312427 that one installment has been deducted in access of my appliance loan so they wanted to deposit the same in my bank account or through cheque. He told me that one OTP will come in my mobile phone that i had to share with him. I thought that this call from Bajaj Finserv and this is genuine so i shared the OTP Number. After sharing OTP Rs 360000 withdrawn from my EMI card immediately. After confirming with the bank i felt that i have been cheated. Therefore, I requested them to kindly arrange to get the amount of Rs 36000 back in my EMI card. I have also filed a complaint to police station and also I am attaching a copy for your reference.
I am unable to understand that who has shared my EMI Card number to the miscreant as i have not shared the same from my end. Due to act of this fraudulent.

Therefore I request you to do your investigation. As bank is now not taking any satisfactory action even after intimating of fraud withing few hours.
