Wrong emi deduction complaint against Capital First

I purchased an ac costing 26000 however my emi is deducted for 27500 which is wrong I have raised a dispute for the same with no reply. Request your intervention to resolve this

    I have purchased a refrigirator for rs 12500 from Sagun Sales Udaipur where i was asked to buy on Emi by Capital First as durable Loan. I have paid Rs 3100 as cash and remaining as 1250x8 as Ecs Emi. But capital first was unable to excecute Ecs on 05.06.2016 being sufficient balance in my account. I have visited at seller who told me to resign the Ecs And convinced me to that no excess amount will be deducted from my account. On 05.07.2016 Rs 1250 has been deducted from my a/c . And in agust i was asked from capital first to pay First outstanding Emi 1250 as cash should be paid and i have paid on 02.08.2016. Next Ecs on 05.08.16 has done. On 17.08.2016 excess Emi Rs 1250 has been deducted from my a/c. Now i want to stop this tension. I want to pay total 12500-3100-1250x4=4400. Because it makes me upset.mob 9460686251

    Dear team,

    I want to raise complaint for wrong emi deduction. However, after several mail complaints, they agreed for reversal , but after 20 days no reversal on promised date. please suggest me how & where should i raise a complaint ??
