Vovinet continuous interruption of service and casual untrained behavior of customer care

I have been facing continuous disruption of internet service and called multiple times to the customer care. still my issue is not resolved. it was my 20th call to customer care and I got the same mugged up reply " we are sorry for inconvenience and we are assigning technician". I am frustrated with the same irresponsible attitude of service provider. I have exams lined up which I can't take up due to the service interruption. staff sitting to handle customer Care is so irresponsible and showed such a casual attitude when I asked them that I am going to complaint. is this what they are trained for, frustrating customers and humiliating by showing non serious attitude. they don't give any reason for the service disruption, just cut service daily for hours. I pay 3000 for 120 days. if I calculate service disruption I will be getting half of my money back. moreover thousands I am loosing because I am unable to take up exams due to their stupid service.
