Regarding security refund not given

Hello, I had a nextra broadband connection till March 2019. Company took 1500 rs a security amount and committed to return when your connection will be terminated. Due to shifting to new city, I asked to disconnect my connection in March 2019 and return the security amount. They took 6 months to pick up the router and in September 2019 they asked my bank details to transfer the security amount. But till today its not been transferred. Whenever I call to their customer care they give me new date but amount never ever credited. My customer ID of this connection is 2016740. My registered mobile number is 9871018947.
