i have taken a small loan from bajaj finserv company on 12/5/2016 of 24000 rs for new AC
I have sumitted 9 cheques for monthly instalments with adequate balance in my account
first due is 5/6/2016
but during first instalment they came to my home to collect money with penalty .
i told them money is sufficent in my account to deposit first cheque

they causedso much mental harrasement to me and my father
