i was order a product for CartLane online jewellary, the product name Daksh Mesh Bracelet the order no. is L26A25BA on emi from there banking partner fastbacking on 27/12/2016 after that on 2nd jan 2017, the fastbancking executive call me and told that your order has been cancelled due to some documentation problem and you will get your cash back after 5-7 working days after 10 days when i fund that the refund is not credited on bank i called them & forward a mail with my bank statement attachment they put a rly on that mail we r sorry for delay we inform fastbanking you will get ur cash back soon but even after 17 days i not got my cash back plzz help me out to get my money back from there
