Cancellation of loan ordered an oneplus3 phone from amazon.in website

Have ordered an oneplus3 phone from amazon.in website, but the transaction was declined but bajaj finserv have charged for that to me of rs 28079. They are blaming that amazon has money and amazon india is blaming as the transaction was declined they dint receive any money from bajaj finserv.Now on several request to both of them no one is resolving the matter.The transaction date was 28-10-2016, now its more than 20days still problem not solved.my emi starts from 2-12-2016.
Pls help me to resolve this problem.
