महोदय,
निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि मैं प्रार्थी कमल कुमार s/o श्री विजय कुमार (अनुसूचित जाति ) SSC जीडी सीएपीएफ भर्ती 2015 का अभ्यर्थी हूं।
SSC विभाग ने 2015 में 62390 पदों पर अपना विज्ञापन जारी किया था, परंतु SSC द्वारा केवल 57014 पदों को ही भरा गया, और 5376 पदों को खाली छोड़ दिया। हमने माननीय नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट में एक रिट याचिका दायर की, जिसको संज्ञान में लेते हुए माननीय नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट ने 12 जुलाई 2019 को ऑर्डर पास करते हुए एसएससी विभाग को हमें 30 दिनों के भीतर जॉइनिंग देने का आदेश दिया, परंतु SSC विभाग ने उसको सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती देते हुए उस पर SLP तथा rivew पिटीशन दाखिल कर दी, जिसको माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी खारिज करते हुए केस को डिस्पोज्ड कर दिया।
परंतु SSC विभाग हमें पिछले 5–6 साल से कोर्ट कचहरी में फंसा कर हमारा समय और धन दोनों बर्बाद कर रहा है।
अतः हमारी आपसे करबद्ध प्रार्थना है कि आप हमारे संबंध में कोई उचित निर्णय लेकर हमें न्याय दिलाने की कृपा करें।
