Fraud of Rs.38000 for Job opportunity

One of the consultancy situated in Delhi named ClickOnCaree offered and convinced me that they will jive me a job and they have timeline of 90 days else will return my money which I had paid in total 38000Rs., however it's been almost more that 50 days and I asked them to refund my money and don't want their any service, no more. But they are always giving excuses and avoiding to give me money. I broke my FD to pay them.

I had paid all amount on two days on 7th August and 11th august.

They had provided me receipt and sent me welcome mail but whenever I ask to refund my money they said 90 days are not completed yet starting from 7th August and they are processing my profile.

I had paid using GooglePay and they've only provided me receipt of RS. 23997 only.
