FAKE JOB RACKET(FOOLING PEOPLE)

I charles Manoj Bara, is making complaint against the company STANIEL TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD. As I was searching for the job, I have registered myself in various job sites. On 16th March I received an email regarding the job according to my profile and I called on the given number 9818737641(MR GAUTAM) and 9671224053(Govind).
I had a word with him and he called me next day for the interview.I went there next day on 17th March on the given address M-2, Ground Floor, Yogeshwar building (Middle Circle)Near Metro station, Rajiv Chowk, Gate No - 4, New delhi - 110001. They hire well trained HR person to take interviews of the
candidates to influence them and tell you about your salary and job according to your profile. After that they will say if you want to go for the next round they will ask you Rs 500 as registered fee and Rs 1000 for the training. Who takes money for the training.(If you've not been selected why need to pay for the training at all. Training is given directly from the company for which you've been selected.

Once I aggreed with it and after paying they will say your next round will be over the call and another guy. a well trained person who talks very well will say that ,you've been selected from our end and he says the same with every jobseekers . as listening this everyperson will be happy and will definitely pay Rs 1000 for training. Then he will call next day for the training.

NOW COMES THE TWIST - When we reach at the training venue they will ask Rs 1000 as the training fee first, which is not at all required.

I saw approximately 3 rooms were filled and in each room approximately 100 people were there so you can imagine how much they've earned in a single day by the jobseekers who were there hopefull that they will get the job. After the training to show that they're hiring, they will call some recruiters to select some people for the job.

They are very clever and they play very well. They take interview at the training venue to show everything is genuine and may hire some people in very less salary. And god know what happens with them later. But when it was my turn for the interview they told me we're not hiring for the non voice profile. On the previous day they said that I was selected for the Job in Reliance BPO and my salary will be 20000+incentives.
But there was nothing like that. No one was answering regarding my concern and later on they send me the text that you can go here for another interview. But when I went there,it was not of my profile. The thing is that when I was agreed for the Reliance and was selected, so where's is my offer letter etc.
They lied to me and several people and you can think, they charged 1500 from each person so approximately 1500*300 = Rs 450000.

My main concern is that I have seen many innocent faces there, who were there for the job and paid Rs 1500 in total. After making the payment still we're running here and there I just want this scam to be stopped so that many innocent jobseekers dont loose there hard earned money of there parents which they pay for the registeration and for the training
which is not required at all.

At the venue, I have just seen proffessional trainers at the training venue, which I know they've hired to show that everything is genuine. But there is definitely
something fishy.

I have seen there non proffessional behaviour there, very rude towards the candidates. These guys were looking like goons. Volunteers there with them, have no sense
to talk. They were totally idiots.

I hope some responsible person take care of this case as I dont want that innocent people dont loose there money and time.

Today I called the Guy Gautam again as I had word with him on 24th March at 9.30 and was he having sympathy with me and was saying sorry that I was unable to get in touch with
you, so please call me on monday and they will definitiley a job for you but calling him today at 10.45 he said I will text u a number and you can contact him.
Again a lie and was waiting for the last 2 hours and no text has been sent to me and when I called at the number a girl picked up the call and she said, sir is not available and again has waisted my time and
and money again.

I Am hopeless now and dont know what to do as my main concern is that they're looting people which I personally dont want that happen with others every week.Please get this stopped sir/Mam. Its a big SCAM.

To understand this better I'd suggest you to please call them and ask that you're looking for the job and after following the procedure you'll know what scam is going on.
