I got a call from a person named Mr.Rajkishor Mob No-7609857926 informed me that there are many suitable jobs readily available in the portal which are exactly matching with my profile and to access these jobs i need to subscribe paid services of Rs. 4,228/-. I agreed and subscribed paid service on dt.28.8.2017

Immediately one Mr. Dipesh Mob. No-7428181275 called and asked me to subscribe to some other paid services. He was speaking too forcefully I told him why you are asking again for more and it should told me in first stage. After discussion lastly he told me that your first service will activate only when you will subscribe his said paid service and told me to pay appx Rs.9000/-. I refused to pay more and request him to active my first paid service for which I have paid.
But till now I did'nt find any jobs matching with my profile. I spoke to them many times to get it resolved. Now its almost three month passed there is no jobs matching I found to my profile till date.
I have spent Rs. 3780/- for such services and as stated above, I am very much disappointed and frustated with the kind of services given. I have already spoken about these issues many times with various people from Shine. The problem is still unsolved.

Now I do not wish to continue these services and kindly refund me Rs. 3780/- what I have paid. I just want my money back.

Please do the needful at the earliest
