Company terminating its hundreds of employees asking them for resign without valid reason

I first as Indian and Fitness trainer at cult cure.fit ,a big fitness brand in India firing its employees according to my knowledge nearly 50% , company officials personally call to each employees on 1st May labor day and as a gift they ask their Regisnation and told to all that you have only few hours to submit Regisnation , giving excuses that company is going in loss due covid-19 before that they are making more than 20 crores of profit per month in delhi ncr only. They were hiring celebrities for special classes in this covid-19 donate 4 crores to look good boy and suddenly now they are terminating us .

So..sir on behalf of all the employees i ask you for help and show the world their real face....they say "we are cult" and "Doing the right thing always" ,this is the right thing they are doing .we all just want our job back.
