निवेदन है कि मुझे नवीन जूनियर बालक छात्रावास के अधीक्षक श्री बृजेश कुमार छारी द्वारा मुझे पिछले पांच महीनों से 20 से 24 घंटे की डुयुटी करवाई जा रही। जो की मजदूरी की है। जिसके कारण मेरी शारीरिक मानसिक और आर्थिक स्थिति पर असर पड़ा है। 10, 2,2018 को मेने अपने समय से अधिक काम करने का कारण पूछा तो अधीक्षक जी मुझ पर भडक गये और अपमानजनक शब्दों का प्रयोग करते हुए मुझे नोकरी से निकाल दिया जिससे मेरे मान सम्मान को ठेस पहुंची है।
मुझे 1/7/2 017 से 10/2/2018 तक बिभाग द्वारा तीन बार वेतन मिला है। जो की चार हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह है। मेरा चार महीने और दस दिन का वेतन शेष है। उसका भुगतान विभाग द्वारा शीघ्र करवाया जाये और ओवर टाईम का भुगतान अधीक्षक द्वारा किया जाए और अधीक्षक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाये
मेने संस्था में 2 10 दिन कार्य किया है। जो की मजदूरी की 90 दिन की सीमा से अधिक हो गया है। मुझ पर कृपा कर मेरी नौकरी को एक स्थाई पात्र करने की कृपा करें
