Consumer complain against airtel internet 3G

Last 5yrs I used airtel internet 3G.We the customer most of the time cheated by service prov becoz we dont hv any evidence with our support.For an ins stance I conected for airtel 3G on 28.06.16 frm 1pm -1.44pm and 500MB deta deducted frm my a/c.Inever experence such like that without downloading.Can not we protest against it?
