Complaint about Stuck up SIM trolly mobile is Lenovo vibe k5 note

I have procured recently a Lenovo vibe k5 note, but while inserting SIM on SIM trolley, the trolley is stuck up inside the phone. Helpless, unable to contact due to stuck up phone. plz. help
