VIVO Refused warranty, have question against VIVO maintaining Quality

Dear Sir,

I was purchased mobile on 4.2.2017 i had valid warranty, recently my mobile was fall down from soffa after that half of the screen were disable, When I asked for warranty they refused warranty saying that damage. for small height how it will damage and what the VIVO maintaining Quality. 2nd day I got a call from customer care saying that come to service center will replace it under warranty. But its surprising for me again they refused warranty after taking photo for taking photo they called me to service center wast of time for me. simply they are refusing warranty and blaming the customer proving their quality saying that mistake is from customer
