I have an order for Samsung J2 2600mAh battery to Jaxtakart Belakoba,Near Water Tank Prasannanagar Jalpaiguri West Bengal-735133 INDIA on 20 September. My order No. is 587425. Whereas I have been provided with a J2 battery 2000mAh which is not supported in my mobile. I have so many time called them but they not responsed me. When I called their executive on 05.10.2020 he said to me that you placed an order for Samsung J2 Pro battery not Samsung J2. Now they neither return my money nor replaced battery.
