They have rejected my claim for an invalid reason my phone broke accidentally when I was on my vehicle & my daughter dropped it again in night from her cot the phone stopped working completely I told both the reason so they r saying there r 2 reasons mentioned by me but both r true reason but loaded complaint was it fell from the cot night .
