Not responding to my several mails regarding problem from company thru flipcart .

I have purchased Hyve buzz in August2016 from company thru flipcart .But the set gave problem and replaced it with Hyve Pryme in the month of April2017 .But the new set also giving problem for which i am unable to use the phone for last 20 days .I have informed the company thru mail several time ( care@hyve.buzz) but till yet i have not receive any phone call or message from the company .I am harassed .Kindly look into the matter and help me in this regard.
