मैंने one plus5 6gb Ram 64gb एक मोबाइल फोन पेटियम से खरीदा जब मैंने बाकस खोल के मोबाइल फोन को on करा बह बहुत poor quality का था की टच काम नहीं कर रही थी जब मैंने पेटीएम में कंप्लेंट करी उस कंप्लेंट को उन्होंने दिनाई कर दिया और मुझ को एक ईमेल आईडी डायरेक्ट जहां से मोबाइल आया था वहां के लिए मुझ को उन्होंने रेफर कर दिया उसके बाद उन्होंने मोबाइल के बारे में कुछ हमको ठीक तरीके से नहीं बताया और हमारा रिफंड भी वापस नहीं करा पेटीएम पेटीएम ने कहा यह हमारी पॉलिसी में रिफंड करने का नहीं है आप डायरेक्ट दुकानदार से बात करें
