Dear Sir,

Please note that today we, myself and my wife travelled by Ola cab booked on my mobile no 9892300938 from Shiv Mahal Sion east to Our residence at Dombivli RH77 ,Sudama Nagar MIDc Residential Zone . We started our travel at around 6.00 PM and we reached destination at 8.40 pm.
While getting down from the cab I forgot my mobile in the cab. When we came to know that we forgot the mobile in the cab and we tried to contact on my no but got switched off.

You are requested to help us and arrange to give us driver details and our mobile phone.. Cab last three digits of registration no are 067.
