Complaining about Camera Lag and Freezing

I've purached a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro 4/64GB worth 13999Rs. from amazon.in on 24-07-2020. The phone was working fine till 03-08-2020. Then it started showing problems like camera lag and freezing.But Amazon's Return window closed on 31-Jul-2020 so i was unable to place a replace request. I thought it may be any Software issue and waited for a software update. But even after an update the issue remained same.
Later I decided to claim it under warranty and gave it to an Authorized Mi Service center in Kottarakkara,Kollam(dist.),Kerala on 28-08-2020. The staffs informed me that it may take up to 7 days to repair it completely.
Then i contacted them on 04-09-2020, and they told me that the service is still pending and to wait for a day. I contacted them on the next day a they didn't give any proper updates.

Today i contacted the National Consumer Helpline on 14404 and that madam told me to complain against "Mi India" regarding the severe problem caused to a 13999 mobile phone just in a period of 2months. I want to get a replacement with that exact product or i want a complete refund of the amount.i attached the invoice from amazon and Service order receipt from Mi Service center. Please find the attached images as the proof of purchase.
