hi, I purchased a yureka mobile last year, it is still covered under warranty. Phone's display was damaged and want to get it fixed. I have been calling them/emailing them for last two months but they are not responding. Every time I call they say that we are working on your compalint and phone will be picked from your home in 24-48 hrs. but nothing happens.
Please help.
