Worst service by motorola motherboard issue

I have submitted my device on 8th Jan 2016 for its broken screen repair work with work order no. ZST/MG/15/08642. After that I faced motherboard issue, because of which I have submitted my device back again within half an hour after the previous repair work with work order no. ZST/MG/15/09752. Its been 3 months I don't have my phone. Now I cant tolerate this anymore. Now, I want a new device i.e., replacement or else I want my money back.
