Touch not working in bottom karbonn titanium X smart phone

This is Prabhakaran, two weeks back i bought a karbonn titanium X smart phone.
Three days back i have a major issue in that, when i tap into circle i cant able to navigate into main menu also the bottom of the icons getting hanged and i tapped into any area it is navigating no response from mobile side, it is very disgusting for me , simply i receiving only calls from that mobile, i cant do anything without that ,
only that bottom area touch is not working other than that al r working fine. I reset two times still the same issue occurring me, In camera also I cant able to take a picture when I tap into tat circle no reaction from tat its simply stubborn and no response and cant able to type a message .. pls do this needful
