Service problem yureka mobile from amazon site

I purchased yureka mobile on 12 feb 2015 from amazon site. Company give me 1 year warranty. Later in november month the company gave a software update due to which my phone restarting again and again. On 23 dec 2015 I have called the customer support team of yureka and asked them to replace it, they told me to send all detail though mail and I sended to them. After that on the next day I call up about status of complaint they told me that within 48 hour your waybill number will be generate though which they would replace it. But till now They have not gave me the waybill no. of Delhivery courier service. My invoice number is HR-DEL2-144105041-817562.
