Hi,
I purchased a Samsung grand 2 mobile phone worth Rs. 18,500 approx. 7 months ago. The phone has started giving problems. The vibrator has stopped working, phone gets extremely heated in charging & even in non charging condition, touch keypad does not work properly and battery gets discharged very soon.
I do not get time to go to the service station and I should not go since company should provide good phone in the first place.
