Refund for cancelled flight not processed in over two months

I booked two Indigo flight tickets through Amazon app on 23rd March. PNR number for both tickets are SN5RKA and RWQT2H. However due to Covid-19 lockdown the flight was cancelled and Indigo refunded the amount to flight booking partner of Amazon, that is Cleartrip. They have not refunded the amount to me in over two months and every time I contact them, they just give me a new date to wait until the money gets refunded. I booked the tickets through my credit card and I have already paid interest charges on that amount. I have written multiple mails but I am not getting any resolution on this matter.
