Received false bill by Reliance communication

Hi sir/mam,

I had taken a postpaid number 7307050107 of reliance communication with advance 3 month internet pack of Rs. 1150 on 16/09/15 and received a false bill on 15/11/2015 of Rs.862 and i had discontinue the service on 18/12/15 with request Id 241032213 given by SAI Enterprise Dharmpura bazar, Patiala. I had word with SAI Enterprise Dharmpura bazar, Patiala Store guy that this bill generated on 15/11/2015 was a false bill and me don't have to pay for this and he logged a complaint with request id 241293398 on date 29/12/15. After few days again and again reliance customer care guys call me and force me to pay this false bill on Rs. 862. After few days i received a more message on 15/12/2015 that i have to pay now Rs. 1651. Now these guys had registered a case with case number DL11040 and asked me to contact with a advocate Mr. HK sharma. His Mobile number is 9711046597. I contact with him and explained all the issue and sent the required details to him by email on 8/01/2016. Now I'm again receiving the call from reliance customer care and they are not listening my issues and they mentally harass me and force me to pay this false bill of Rs 1651. Please help me to resolve this issue.
