Ordered a phone(Moto x play) from flipkart but everytime received a product with scractches on it. They provided replacement for the same. But the new product received also has scratches and now they are not providing any solution for that. Also they freezed my account, I'm still under the return policy(30 days replacement) but still they are saying I have to use the same used product I have received.
